Clearly all people aren't equal. Physically, mentally, aesthetically, and this goes beyond race. The moment you start treating the lesser ones as equals, is the moment you invite them into your society to live among you, work among you, and spread their deleterious genes.

I think people *should* be treated as equals, but that doesn't mean I think 'equality of outcome' *should* be forced (which is what egalitarians believe).

Clearly merit has to be part of any society...but we’re all one car accident away from disability, as are all the people we love. If you are lucky you will never have to rely on the kindness of strangers, if you are not lucky you will be happy for the humanists
