They're not mutually exclusive... These are complicated topics. Subconscious bias is just one piece of the puzzle. That's why people study these disparities. Your argument is that people who want to address racial disparities just want to eliminate white people...

Well, yes, obviously. If white people are disproportionately represented and you decide you want proportionate representation, who do you think loses?

Sigh. It's not hat simple dude. You're presenting a false dilemma. Why are you so incurious? Why discuss this stuff if you have no interest in learning about the topic?

If I have 10 white males on the board of directors and I'm told I need more diversity, who won't get hired at the next board opening?

You won't admit that "diversity" harms anyone. How can we discuss anything?

It's not that simple. Of course there are challenges to diversity. It's not one or the other. There are also advantages to diversity, which you refuse to acknowledge.

I haven't addressed anything about alleged advantages of diversity. You haven't admitted that some people are actively discriminated against in the quest for diversity. We can go over college or med school statistics if you want.
