When somebody patiently presents serious evidence in an almost cringingly apologetic fashion like James Damore did, it never matters. Assumptions are so divergent in people's "faith based" perspectives that evidence and science can't make a difference.

It's not that simple. Of course there are challenges to diversity. It's not one or the other. There are also advantages to diversity, which you refuse to acknowledge.

I haven't addressed anything about alleged advantages of diversity. You haven't admitted that some people are actively discriminated against in the quest for diversity. We can go over college or med school statistics if you want.

okay, so tech companies have decided that increased diversity is a boon to their business. Companies that welcome diverse opinions will be more successful and be able to hire more people, including more white people. Economics is not a zero sum game.
