I never made that claim. You still haven't addressed the data I presented that even when controlling for the demographics of incoming graduates in the field we still see disproportionately low representation of black and Latinos. You still have not provided counter evidence.

They're not mutually exclusive... These are complicated topics. Subconscious bias is just one piece of the puzzle. That's why people study these disparities. Your argument is that people who want to address racial disparities just want to eliminate white people...
