Oh sure if you're a boomer you're pretty immune to this, but younger whites have been severely fucked over by this stuff for quite a while.

Accidentally overheard a white boomer dude chatting a bunch of young mentoring group for young women. He explained that in order to make up for generations males dominating staff, they need to favor women for a long time until until they could again consider men equally.

The utter stupidity of this argument enrages me There's kind of a case to be made about race - black parents in worse situations pass those on to black kids What's the analogy to women? Do women only have mothers and men only have fathers? Just retarded - there's no mechanism

White boomer dude's sinecure is safe... Plus he gets to enjoy the charming company of all these fawning proteges eager for all his gems of wisdom...

A huge portion of modern economic problems are the result of the principal agent problem - managers hire young women for the slim chance that she decides to start giving out blow jobs (or is just nice to look at)- even though it's obviously worse for the company

Could we solve this problem with burkas for all? For both men & women alike?

The more I think about this the crazier it gets There are a zillion examples that demonstrate that men will pay money just to be around women Why would anyone expect them to then discriminate against women in hiring when the cost of hiring is borne by the company?

tbf discriminating against older or ugly women is still a possibility here.
