The story is that a CDO position is esteemed enough to be considered reporting and/or a civil suit be filed over, or am I missing something?

Some of the story is that a "chief diversity officer" (who makes lots of $$$) exists in the first place
-
Oh, that ain't news to me, I figure every fortune 100 company has one, in the least
-
The other thing is the whole concept of diversity secrets. Seems easy enough to avoid hiring white men
-
It sounds like a onion article. "Diversity secrets" probably really means how to keep the diversity industry off your back, explicitly or implicitly. Also just having a CDO w good connections could take the heat off you as well.
-
The fact that this is true is a travesty

I have dealt with this guy before. He is a guy from Boston, apparently he sings in a choir or something. Anyway, in a better world, I think he would have been a better person. He uses every fallacy imaginable to justify multiracialism.
