We have to think about the long-term outcomes of the deals we might be able to get vs. no deal. With no deal, realistically few DACA get deported anyway, despite our desires, plus chain migration & lottery stay. A no brainer would be compromise that sacrifices allowing permanent residency for DACA kids as long as they obey the law and pay taxes in exchange for the RAISE Act + firm structures so it doesn't become a paper tiger due to subsequent Executive non-enforcement.
