While it may be a factor, I have a feeling it's more of a matter of total consumption than the oil type used. Veg oil is cheaper than animal fat, thus you can afford to eat a whole bag of lays in a single sitting because it costs $2.50.

Soy oil has gone up but so has the amount of sedentary activity we engage in. Kids don't go to the park anymore, they sit inside watching youtube on a tablet.

The thing with skinny guys is that the body mass they do have is often just fat. They aren't bruce lee, starvation diet cut. They simply have little to no muscle mass. Bitch tits has always been a thing but the hips is odd.

Like I said, I have a feeling it's largely sedentary lifestyle. General modernity depression likely also contributes. There's plenty of evidence to indicate that physical activity raises your T levels and is probably the safest and easiest way to do so.

Combination of fat, low T, and shitty genetics- soft jaw line, puffed cheeks met with a beta demeanor, poor posture, and low confidence- submissive, insecure. It all contributes, bolstered by a diet of sugar, corn, and soy.

right now not only is food cheap, but 4000 cal in sugar is cheaper than 1500 cal that meets macro and micro requirements

Idk, the way I look at it is the general lack of effect puberty has on a man's face. Seeing a square jaw is a pretty rare thing these days and I'm not sure what the cause is. "Babyface" used to be a pretty rare thing. Now it's like every other man.

Relatively extremely cheap and tasty calories, seems easy enough
