You obviously don't understand how capitalism works. The state monopoly on violence creates the market.

Question is who gets to redefine whom? Capitalism has a model "state" just as the state has a model of "capitalism" each to its convenience.

I suppose the problem is when the people enforcing the property rights (ie govt or individuals in anarchy) and the people controlling the property are the same. Seems to work better when these functions aren't in the same hands (as they are in communism)

My conception of both capitalism and "the state" is that they are separate systems of emergent order which form co-dependence as they arise.
