As I've said before the rule of law is probalistic in the U.S. Being an unperson of the wrong race decreases the likelihood of law.

This is not to say all or most unpersons are denied law, clearly exaggerated, but all things being equal class, race and piety matter.

The "acid" attacks were on day two. Day 1 they were surrounding the 40 protesters who weren't supposed to be there.
