Species is slipperier than that. Many groups that can interbreed are still considered different species. (also the use of "borderline")

I guess if we want to cut through all the humor/exaggeration and get at what the original tweet really meant, it was "race mixing is icky"

People are susceptible to social pressure on this as well. If women are telling other women they're doing something icky, it happens less.
