End the FED and IRS. Tax imports at 30%(or match), tax corporations at 15% of GROSS, don't tax exports. Abolish Federal Agencies. Easy!

Tariffs are a terrible idea. Corporate taxes are always paid by people: customers, employees, and shareholders.

A sales tax or consumption tax is much different than corporate/business taxes. They are more visible/transparent and honest.
