When the U.S. Income Tax started in 1913, there were 400 pages in the U.S. Tax Code but currently there are well over 74,000 pages.
And when the other guy was talking about corporate taxes, he's basically referring to sales taxes

A sales tax or consumption tax is much different than corporate/business taxes. They are more visible/transparent and honest.
