Germany had a great run from 1933 to 1939. The lives of most Germans improved a lot (I know, excluding Jews). Pretty impressive results.

I worry about the extent to which German prosperity was grounded in the redistribution of Jewish wealth--I simply don't know, though.

I mean considering how much higher the pop was in other areas, I'm surprised it was that low in Germany
