That a single person could have enough capacity to be worth 10, 20, 1000 people who 'struggle to put food on the table' is anathema to some.

They don't have to be 1000x better. Just sufficiently better that people prefer them making decisions that affect 1000's.

Yes, but Einstein wasn't a CEO (that I know of?) and may not have suited that role, so not a great comparison.
