The issue that comes up constantly in US housing is, "How do we keep out the undesirables?"

all buyers to pass an ideological test, an IQ test, or attend certain kinds of meetings every week? "If you don't come to our meetings about

math & statistics every week, you get kicked out." Could you put something like that into property covenants?

These are important questions for anyone who wants to create an alt-right community in the US.
