I'm thinking more of "people who act kind of aspie" than "people diagnosed with autism", fwiw.
.@SOBL1 I think the "autists can't read emotions" interpretation is misleading--it's often more "autists think your emotions are invalid"

focused, sure,but the actual ability to discern emotions doesn't drop much until you get pretty high on the autism in my observations
