Pretty much everything people compete benefits from arbitrary amount of effort. IQ improves as I cited.

@HbdNrx It makes total sense that more practice at something that is correlated with IQ would increase IQ. Silly not to consider that. -
@Jkqyl people are already spending 10,000+ hours training for tests--including IQ tests and SAT tests: it's called school. Everyone wants -

@HbdNrx You assume that everyone is trying equally hard. That is silly. People have different interests that they put their BRAINS to. -
