Another important video on the Fields (Charlottesville) case from @AltRightTruth: https://youtu.be/TboQk81UH60
Note that the government is pursuing the death penalty against him, despite substantial and convincing evidence that the accident was caused by panic b/c antifa pointed a gun
-
-
Yeah, they are trying to scare him into taking a plea.
-
No, they won't offer a plea deal
-
That would've happened months ago. Instead, they COMPOUNDED the charges.

It's 100% political. If it were a couple nobody brown hoodlums, who clipped somebody out joyriding, they'd have plead to negligent manslaughter if it were prosecuted at all. If they had clean records & no priors, good chance to be classified merely as an "accident."
-
I worry that he isn’t being defended by someone who’s up to the task. I’d want him to be looked at by shrinks, want to gather evidence of antifa violence and subpoena personal communications by leftists with firearms...I don’t know if his lawyers aren’t in on the plan to kill him
-
By every account I've heard and read, he's got a very good attorney.
-
He's going to need it, because prosecutors are going to throw EVERYTHING they have at it because their careers are over if they fail to crucify a wicked "white supremacist."
-
Their biggest weapon is their aura of moral superiority. They'll do everything they can to morally bully the jury. As far as facts, the trial is an absurdity.
-
Facts matter little. Juries convict on feelings.
