Framing this as "immigrants are costing the US more money than the wall" is silly because a) the American medical system is stupid expensive b) other underinsured demographics also cost more than the wall "Nobody on this side of Twitter is shocked" is a credulous response.

The very easy conclusion is that the wall would quickly pay for itself in reduced welfare/medical care costs.
