Not if they were well-qualified. In any case, the probability of picking 4 women at random from a 50/50 pool is 12.5%, so not statistically significant that he's biased. And it's not unreasonable to think that applicants for a job like this could be skewed female.

The elite and ideologically adequate pool is under 50% women.

I'm not certain they're vetting for either on our side.
-
Some judges like to have one clerk who tends to take the opposite side.
-
Scalia loved to do this.

You don't get into much less out of Yale unless you're completely cucked.

It’s incredible that even after being savaged by the left, Kavanaugh still worships leftist propaganda
-
Don’t underestimate the indelible mark Christian / Catholic ethics have left on all of us in the West. This ingratiating spirit of surrender is coming from the same place which inspired Jordan B. Peterson to suggest K should step down immediately as a grand conciliatory gesture.
-
I thought that because Kavanaugh seemed to have real fight in him he might be different. I guess we should just stick to outrageously based blacks, like Thomas
-
He probably does have some fight in him, but bet also that he has a good amount of pushover sweetheart in him too... If he were a real demanding b@stard, do you think the young women he mentored as judge or the girls he coached in basketball would have raved so enthusiastically?
-
I keep saying I really wanted Stephen Miller nominated. I don't care that he's not a judge.

I may be wrong, but I remember hearing that having a lot of female clerks was always his M.O. Not that it was a great idea then... but at least it's a sign that he's not wildly over-compensating now.

Maybe because they're easy on the eyes

It's worse IMO he is virtue signalling after the rape smear.
-
Lacking immunity from virtue signalling is a very bad sign

Indeed , but I am still hoping that a small step was taken away from the projected legal capitulation in 2025. Hope that realism overtakes the elite Western mind.

Hopeful take: employers should be able to hire whomever they want for whatever reasons they want.

Maybe so
