Why, just because the cuckservatives are obsessed with her? Or is there some serious issue?
-
That and her Haitian adoptions.

Don't tell anybody, but I'm thinking I'd rather allow "safe & legal" abortion if we could at least end our insanity about immigration. Some conservatives have exactly the opposite priorities.
-
Not only that, I think Roe should remain despite being bad law.
-
Eh, it’s so clearly bad I’d prefer to see it go, if only to own the libs. On abortion, I’m torn between it being an obviously grotesque enabler of promiscuity, vs having heard that w/o it, the US would be ~25% black by now
-
I suspect the latter is more important.
-
I have to do the math to compare total abortions to immigrants, my thought being the one was brought to make up for population deficit

K was the best of the shortlist on immigration according to Coulter and he's good on guns. Much as I'd love to see change on Kelo or Roe or a million other cases, we need someone to slow the downward spiral and cushion the landing. That's Kavanaugh.
-
but why don't we have a better short list of potential judges?
-
Immigration restriction likely a very marginal view among the kind of elites who make up top graduates from Harvard & Yale law schools.
-
Yep, but that doesn't mean there aren't a few out there

Hard to find if they’re still in the closet about having taken a crimson colored pill re: immigration.
