It's the sign of our time that everything linked to someone on the Internet is to be viewed with deep suspicion, necessitating a visit to a Cathedral-approved source to find out if those rascally "fascists" are trying to trick you somehow.

I'm sure you read the monster thread written by Morlock debunking Nowrasteh with his own whitepaper's data. If people can't be expected to read and comprehend what they wrote themselves, how can they be expected to read anything else linked to them?
-
Or, if we're not playing games, liars gonna lie. The point of putting a conclusion opposite your own data is precisely to cover up that data.
-
Indeed. Morlock thinks that he's just dumb, but I agree with you on this. His lies are deliberate. The question becomes, "why?" Too much of a True Believer (TM) to accept data contrary to the utopian egalitarian ideal where people are free to move wherever they want?
-
I would say Party loyalty. The Party wants the data suppressed, so Nowrasteh suppresses the data to get in good with the Party. Which data to suppress next is up to individual discretion, thus forming a tournament for the next promotion.

He's ostensibly a "libertarian". If he genuinely believes that, he's deluded. If he doesn't, he's an entryist.
