This is incredible material for the defense, but I suspect it won't matter at all.

Here's a thread compiling information on the crash: https://www.fisheaters.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=81164&pid=1363698 …

Here he is being confronted about his role in Heather Heyer's deathpic.twitter.com/LeGsWJBjCI

Notice that he was speaking at HARVARD about this. They invited him to talk about armed anti-fascist violence. There's no shame at all about his role in this death. Harvard should explain itself, and so should this man's employer.

In case you missed it, here he is saying he "raised his rifle" at Fields at the same talk. This is key for showing the illegality of his action, as you'll see in a moment.pic.twitter.com/uauKfLALPF

So, here's the Virginia law on Brandishing. Pointing a firearm in such a manner as to reasonably induce fear in another of being shot or injured (excluding self-defense). This is a felony within 1000 feet of a school. Unsurprisingly, this happened within 1000 feet of a school.pic.twitter.com/QZWZIQsCx6
Show this thread -
This is a slam-dunk case for felony brandishing, as he makes it clear that he raised his rifle at Fields who was just slowly driving by in his car. Why hasn't he been arrested?
Show this thread -
This is also sufficient to charge him with second degree murder (felony murder) as a natural consequence of causing someone to fear for their life.pic.twitter.com/wW3kCze0P0

Hey
@CarrCenter do you endorse this speaker's role in the death of Heather Heyer?Show this thread

Not to split hairs here cause clearly the Antifa crowd needs put in their place.... but it is also import to note that Heather Heyer died of a heart attack, James Fields car never even touched her. Her own mother finally admitted to this fact.pic.twitter.com/bbNx9peZfg

Not relevant to the murder case
-
How about that pack of cigarettes in her hand? That kinda seems relevant to me... I'm a bit pissed a LAWFULL & pre-planned permitted group was broke up & allowed to be violated by these paid communist thugs whom MSM calls peaceful protesters & somehow it's flipped to White Hatred
-
Still doesn't matter. Even if she were in poor health, the car was enough of a cause that it doesn't matter.

If an intentional crash occurred right next to her (not an accident), yes, the driver could be liable for murder.
-
Even in the case of an accident, the person who caused the accident may in fact have tort liability for the death. If you negligently cause a car accident, you are responsible for all costs that result from that.

Here's something I haven't seen mentioned anywhere. The Heaphy report says 4th was supposed to be blocked but someone mored the sawhorse. It looks like the sawhorse was moved right in front of Fields path (east on Market) - that looks to be the only reason he turned down 4thpic.twitter.com/pSI52GJm26

That picture is from page 143 of the Heaphy report (red markings were added by me)

Excellent. I've made three videos on the James Alex Fields railroading. So please @ me in any really good discoveries you make.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6MpeoeHbuA …

This should be fun - I got SonOfNewo to say he's going to debunk Dwayne Dixon's involvement in the crash. All the evidence I provided he probably thinks is more proof of a Nazi conspiracy.pic.twitter.com/wwUQ0PaKRJ

I watched one of Newo's videos, and he seems to have something out for Gilmore, yet Gilmore's alleged misstatements don't even change anything about how we would view the case. Newo is just going off on inconsequential tangents.

His autism was very strong - I knew that Fields drove past 4th on Water (right by the crash intersection) about 10 min before the crash, and that he drove down 4th about 2 minutes prior before the preliminary trial hearing because he found the videos.
-
If so, I want to know why Fields was sticking around that long in his car. Makes me wonder if Fields was actually trying to get out of there as I had assumed or if he was trying to observe or even plot something.
-
If you look at the preliminary hearing (again thanks to SonOfNewo's autism) page 35 he had just given a ride to three people (who he never met bfr) from Vanguard Americahttps://www.scribd.com/document/371657879/James-Fields-Dec-14-Preliminary-Hearing-Transcript …
