How long before the boomers realize that millenials don't own stock, don't have pension plans that own stock, and don't own real estate? More importantly, how long before the markets realize this, and prices adjust for the die-off?

To be fair, there are plenty of Chinese buyers, and prices can stay up as long as there's a reliable rent stream. Wages are stable/up, so rents can keep going like this. (which is not to say that prices won't fall if and when the money stops flowing freely)
