I'll also be investing in pet insurance as this vet accepts cockatiels that are insured, making routine exams and checkups actually financially feasible. Learned a lot today and I will take what I learned to make a better life for my babies.

Update: Prognosis is looking good but guarded. Underlying infection is essentially leaving them undernourished. We have all three on an antibiotics and I'll have to hand-feed them to ensure their getting fed and the necessary fats and nutrients.

So if I get two co-sponsors, they'll each receive about ten or eleven different pins from the kickstarter (more if further pins are unlocked before it ends), plus 3 copies of the Smolder pin, all for $100. That is a lot of pins for that price, as anyone familiar will tell you.
