    One thing I've been doing a lot in marking recently is changing the rubric language from: "poor ➡️ okay ➡️ good ➡️ very good ➡️ excellent" to something more like: "emerging➡️ developing➡️ capable➡️ competent➡️ mastered" I've found it a lot easier to use.

    The spike in hand sanitiser sales when it seems that washing with soap and water works better is a good example of how doing something effectively doesn't (usually?) require new or fancy techniques. Rather just doing "ordinary things in a competent way".

    I finally started INVISIBLE WOMEN: DATA BIAS IN A WORKD DESIGNED FOR MEN. A string of 10 superlatives, each followed by an exclamation mark, wouldn't come close to capturing the Power-Importance-Excellence of this book. Read it, yes. More important: Share & Act.

    Absolutley. I get a mini hurricane whirl in my stomach that rises up in frustration of what these women had to endure. Many themes in this film. Tenacity,strong will, and perseverance together ! Great message here that diversity within the workplace achieves great things ✔️👏🏻

    Wow! is a brilliant film. Incredible and inspirational women! “I plan on being an engineer at NASA, but I can't do that without taking them classes at that all-white high school, and I can't change the color of my skin. So I have no choice, but to be the first.”
