Miles behind? Have you used it? It's been able to satisfy 100% of _normal_ use cases that 90% of people _normally_ require. You're talking of the 10% that require VB scripting capabilities, and are tied into MS specific macros and functions.
Have been using it for years and have been disappointed. For me, it doesn't have features like SmartArt, which is critical for showing concepts and ideas. I don't know where these 90% and 100% use case data are comng from.
