My experience, not related to TikTok, and not so sure if it's really surveillance, cuz I don't know much abt technology I once watched an episode abt Turkish lamp on bilibili (Chinese video watching platform) using incognito function on chrome 1/
I didn't search or talk about the lamp on the net, but I at the same time using Taobao with chrome (again not searching the lamp). But when I use Taobao app on the phone, there was recommendations abt the lamp. I suspected Taobao surveilled my sound recording device
