I'm with you on this one Josh. I think a lot of our national agencies should be scattered about the country instead of all being condensed right there in DC.

Just as millitary strategy it is foolish to have so many targets in one area. Even Congress could be split up. The House in one time zone and the Senate in another. SCOTUS could rotate between Federal district courts buildings every session with all federal courts doing the same.
