Of course it violated their FTC Consent Decree .. Facebook has known from day they signed it they were going to violate it...who cares about a $5B fine? They think its a parking ticket...and they are above the Law.

Yup @markzucky lied to congress multiple times and @facebook should be shut down and fined more then they can handle and bankrupt the company! @SenateFloor took a bribe to let him lie to them and continue to keep doing so.
