Mr Hawley, respectfully, as a constituent, whether we want to admit it or not, we DO give consent on terms and conditions. If we aren't paying for the product, we ARE the product in a capitalistic model. This is not a conservative, limited government response.

On paper sure, but who actually reads that stuff, especially when it's written in legalese and hundreds of pages long. Who has the time to actually review and agree to those terms they flash in front of us? I've only ever read financial disclosures like that with any thoroughness
