My bill would allow students to use Pell grants for jobs training, skills programs, and vocational education — and it would overhaul the accreditation process to focus on outcomes and results
My bill would also put universities on the hook for student loan debt. If a student defaults, the university would be obligated to pay 50 percent. Universities have gobbled up truckloads of taxpayer $$ and raised tuition all along the way. Time for them to be accountable
We need to return to a merit-based society because need-based is a dead end that increases those in need and wipes out the meritocracy.

We need more STEM classes and less bs diversity programs. Every child should enter middle school reading well unless there is a significant disability. No child should be left behind. That is real civil rights.
Why not allow the people with student loan debt file for bankruptcy? There's a penalty for the debtor, penalty for the loaner and would destroy the overvalued university system.
Seems crazy to me that the American tax payer must pay for all of this education then to have all these businesses make billions off of the people I paid out of my low wages to educate.
