      @HawleyMO has also introduced “@USACE Flood Control Civilian Advisory Council Act.” The bill would create a council with two members from each state along the Missouri River appointed by the President. Members would consist of farmers and community members.

      It’s time to hold the Army Corps accountable. Flood control should be priority #1. And farmers and local residents should have a voice in what the Corps is doing
