  I think that a compensation structure should be instituted, rather than ending the exchange totally. Business can profit from pinpoint detailed data, and so can people if they are also compensated for their information. This could be a beautiful deal for all if executed properly!

  This sounds nice. I want to know simply HOW it's going to work and be implemented. Not the intended goal, the way it will work. Are the companies going to have to install certain codes in their browsers? Come up with their own? What are the steps to achieve this lofty goal?
