Awesome. Have you spoken to the police officers to really listen to what leads to one of their major stressors? Guns. Too many guns on the street. Maybe dig deeper for one of the true causes.

I love where your heart is that with this because our officers do see some really messed up parts of society often. But I think the problem is a lot bigger than that and 30 million dollars over the course of four years isn't going to cut it.
