The bill is simple. Pharma can’t charge Europeans one price and then turn around and charge American families much more. No more price gouging
This bill will also force insurance companies & pharmacies to disclose the real price of drugs. And if patients choose to pay out of pocket because it’s cheaper, then that should count toward their deductible

Dog medication like antibiotics the same we humans take cost $3 where for humans to take it cost $350. Not right or fair. I guess I am going to have to identify as an animal to get cheap and fair pricing. It's all about big pharm & our career Politicians like Pelosi Schumer etc

Then, you should not try to repeal laws which include caps on out of pocket expenses. Medicare needs improving, but I‘d trade up in a second from my scam “ fully insured” private insurance plan (BCBS) We are paying more for less every year.
