        Better question? Why didn’t @realDonaldTrump and Republicans pass a budget funding the Wall in 2017 or 2018? Because they didn’t and don’t care about it; the same reason why @senatemajldr won’t allow the house-passed bill to be brought to a vote in the Senate.
