To me, religious liberty means, having the liberty to pick what religion best suits me, or even the right to not belong to any religion without fear of persecution.

So if your theory is correct and the Johnson Amendment needs to go how about striking down tax exemptions for churches as well? If you want the church of the GOP to be established shouldn't they pay taxes? Otherwise this seems a bridge too far.
