This is a lie. Hawely has sued to strip his own constituents of preexisting conditions protections and wants to take Medicare and Medicaid away from millions of Americans by repealing the ACA.

Say one thing, do another. The GOP way.

Josh, you do know that by gutting the ACA, that you're gonna stop coverage of pre-existing conditions right? Of course you do, that is why you're doing it.

Obamacare is the first law in US history that made it illegal to deny insurance due to pre-existing conditions. Where is your ACA replacement? Doesn’t exist. W/o ACA law for p/e cond, no lifetime payout cap, & yearly premium max, it is far beneath Obamacare. 2008 junk insurance.

Republicans have been saying this for 9 years. Why will you be successful? In the meantime you file a suit to end the ACA with no solution.

Your party has had the opportunity to come up with a better plan after campaigning for the last 8 years on repeal and replace. Your party has failed to provide an option that covers more or does more for sick folks in the US. Unless your plan is #Medicare4All you can shove it.
