No water in the building all day after being notified by City. Cost us over $200 in disposable kitchen wares. Now they tells us they can't complete work and we've got to do it all over again Monday; another $200+ we don't have. No washroom facilities

Our water is off today for city repairs, but that won’t stop us from staying open. We can’t do dishes, but we're here serving meals on paper plates, serving coffee in paper cups, and serving warmth to our clients.

Starting my 1st day at work, with news of the death of one of our clients over the holidays & another when when he was denied use of a washroom, only to be assaulted & robbed after stepping outside. Lacerations and bruises all over his face is all he had for the holidays.
