That doesn’t take away that he’s not a Democrat. I’m just stating a fact.
There are more independent voters in this country than there are democrats. We absolutely NEED their support and votes in order to beat Trump. Bernie has the highest favorable ratings from democrats and he appeals to many independents. It’s hard to find a candidate like that.
