Virtual Reality allows our trainee pilots to complete countless repetitions of certain flying skills, either during the working day, or whilst at home. So far, we see this approach acting as a catalyst to expedited learning and hence, better success during live trg sorties 2/3.

Harv,
#IamaDinasaur but, to get pilots through MFTS "more quickly", how about 1) reducing lunatic level of holds from IOT onwards, 2) having a higher tempo of sorties once on a course, 3) more airframes to ensure more on-pan availability? Thanks. Many of our Cadet Squadrons here in the UK have been using similar style headsets for several years. They are fantastic. If you get a chance, have a go Sir
