Would you agree there is an ethical disparity between the Chinese and the western world? Or is just a thought racist?

The ethical code is different. For instant, it is acceptable to sacrifice individuals for the greater good in China, and unacceptable to eat living animals in the West. That has very likely nothing to do with race, but with normative traditions.
