    Esteban Pelcastre -convicted & sentenced to 45 yrs without the possibility of parole for Continued Sex. Abuse of a Child. We are grateful to our prosecutors Tyler White & Veronica Alvarado who worked diligently to ensure that he is kept off our streets & away from our children.
