That is completely false. Have you even been to San Francisco, Sacramento lol?? I work in the hospital setting in downtown sac and trust me, California will be so broke so soon. Just one homeless transient drug addict patient in 2 months costed the hospital over 100,000. Just 1!

hmmm..A huge Billon Dollar surplus each year, one of the few states that can say that, CA won't be broke anytime soon. It certainly does mean they should be doing more for the homeless though.
