Why dont you allow teachers to apply neosporin/sunscreen to students?
Out of caution because of possible allergic reactions. Not my call however.

I would never support forcibly arming teachers, but if a teacher already has a carry permit, why not allow them to keep their weapon in a locked safe or drawer, just in case?
