The poor are routinely discriminated against in the forms of our Bail System, for-profit schools selling worthless degrees, high interest Pay Day loans, excessive late fees, and income inequality.

Just "the poor"? Don't those rules apply to anyone? But it's harder on "the poor"?
The rules for BofA 12.00 fee only applies if you have less than 1000.00 in your account or you don't have a direct monthly deposit of 250.00. So it doesn't apply to everyone, only those with the smallest balance.
