Specious argument & misinterpretation of Justice Robert's ruling re: tax penalty of ACA. Tax Bill may end tax penalty but not the entire ACA. We're going to need a Constitutional Amnd. on hcare & pre-existing conditions. This legal seesaw wreaks havoc on people & their health.

This should get overturned. If not, Dems should reinstate a penalty of $1.00 per year for uninsured by inserting penalty language into some must pass spending bill. That's how stupid this ruling is.

I believe the Democrats will prevail. Question is why, against all their advice from all their experts, are Republicans still trying to repeal the ACA? There will be more elections. People made known how important this is, GOP has nothing to gain, they are losing their souls.
