Alexander Torshin led the Russian govt response to the Chechen hostage situation at a school in Beslan in 2004. Their incompetent actions, under Torshin's supervision, led to the deaths of 334 people, including 186 children. He also led the cover-up.
Maybe Dana would be happier with a new location - Russia? He seems much more popular there.
and of course Perkins is an alum of Liberty that explains a lot. ugh. I had read articles that linked Russians to the alt right/white supremacy groups in the USA but Perkins wasn't really on my radar so thx for this link!
